I think the general consensus is that Mr. Bell is a terrible lecturer. When you do get some hands on work the class can be fun, but it's unbearably boring and pointless when he lectures. He doesn't really explain anything so don't worry if you don't understand what he's saying. You're better off learning from your classmates than trying to learn from his lectures.
