Will let her attitude get in the way of class whenever she wants. Bullheaded and easily provoked, will argue with students and jump to conclusions. Makes her bias towards who she likes and doesn't far too apparent. Good control of the classroom, however. Seems trustworthy, for whatever reason. I feel safe in her class. Can teach at an average level
Overall, you will learn in her class. She does have bad days where her attitude gets in the way (will simply refuse to teach because she's annoyed with the students).
Great! Wonderful class
One of the best things about Mrs. Perry is that she enjoys and seeks conversations with students. She treats students as peers or intellectual equals and never tried to "dumb things down" for us. In addition, she is very knowledgeable in her subject matter yet still allows students to participate and add to discussions.
She is very easygoing, as long as you don't BS with her. As long as you do your work, she's cool. She has sarcastic kind of joking, but she's always open to help and she's very caring for her students.
Very kind and animated teacher, very passionate about the subject material. Does not put up with BS. A very down to earth teacher. Treats her students as intelligent people, especially in AP Biology (though not peers), and is strict when work needs to be done. Understandably a good leader and educator
Mrs. Perry is my favorite teacher this year. She is so chill, and takes things slowly. SHe doesn't play favorites, but is just generally nice to all her students. You definitely want her for 9th grade if you are in CP Biology.
Shes not strict........and she doesnt play favorites(: and she gives extra help after school so i dont understand why ppl hate her
She teaches us everything we need to know for the STAR test; the only teacher I had this year that actually covered everything, unlike some teachers that teach nothing *cough* Rosenberg *cough*.
Mrs. Perry's personality rubs me the wrong way sometimes, I'll admit. But she definitely knows her stuff and is a great teacher!
I loved her! Her teaching is absolutely amazing! Her notes are incredibly helpful and brought me to love Biology. I owe her a lot for that.
I liked her class, it was fun and she has an interesting personality although sometimes her emotions do carry away but Ill assume thats because she was pregnant.
really cool teacher, makes learning science interesting with her random facts. Not that hard to get an A
her teaching methods are really good. but if you don't get something, she might lose her patience. but ease off of her. SHE'S A HAVING A BABYY! [:
A bit moody, but a fair teacher. She's kind of opinionated and strict though. Her class was decent, albeit one of the worst grades I've received at Whitney.
I agree with almost everyone: she's arrogant, biased, and irrational. What disturbs me the most is her bias. She tries to assimilate everyone into her own views and attempts to compensate for her inadequacies (such as not becoming a doctor) with superficialities that merely appear to be valid excuses.
Fairly decent teaching, but improveable personality. Unresponsive to feedback.
strict but teaches well. an enigma, but overall a good teacher.cant really tell of she likes someone or not.unpredictable.
Very oppinionated. Strict. However cares about her students. Is a nice class advisor. She gets the job done.
Shes a good teacher, very opinionated but her teaching makes up for it
Mrs. Perry really cares about her kids. Especially her class of 2006. I respect her.
needs to have same respect for other people as she demands for herself
Not a very competent teacher, likes to talk about herself more than the curriculum. Desperately needs to learn to be more mature and humble.
forms opinions of students quickly...does not "teach" often. lectures consist of "read this later" or "you should have read this".
personality is hard to get around for many. solid teacher.
Aileen is the best cheer advisor in the whole wide world.
Generally well-liked among students. Tests areeasy, but sometimes lets pride get in the way. Also, takes an insane amount of time to correct tests.
