Warning to potential IB French test takers: his classes get less and less helpful each year. He didn't teach us anything in IB1, and he pretty much had us "teach" the class with pointless, repetitive presentations. I seriously think I've gotten worse at French since MYP...

I had Mr.Negretot as a french teacher for a couple of years , while he was quite helpfull as a teacher he had a strange tendancy to stare at me for long periods of time and he tended to make me feel very uncomfortable........

I don't think he really prepares you for the IB exam. Your either really good, or your not. We waste a lot of time, don't learn much, and his class is unbearable. You spend most of the time watching other people's presentations on irrelevant topics. He's a great person, but his class is not desirable. My advice, is to take Spanish-you'll score higher on the IB exam and actually learn the language.

M. Negretot is a wonderful teacher and has been very helpful in teaching me frecnh. He is hilarious and a great teacher! He is one of my favorite teachers and deserves to be paid more. Although I am still a beginner in french, I believe that he can make us fluent.
