He was a mentor and a friend. I will never forget all the things he taught me. I still play the tuba because of his influence, four years later. i wish there was some way he could come back, but it's not possible. If you see this Lalos, thank you, I really appreciate it. You put my life on track again. Forever your tuba player, Brian.

Mr. Lalos is a person who inspired many to be musicans. Whether the allegations are true/false, it had nothing to do with his teaching skills. He was a most wonderful teacher, friend, and band director. His legacy will forever remain in those students that were able to have been taught by him. He is someone that is irreplaceable in any school, and in my heart. I wish I had the chance to tell his all of this the last day I saw him. If you ever see this Mr. Lalos, your tuba-girl loves you. always.

Mr. Lalos is and ALWAYS WILL BE the best!!!! He taught me and everyone else so much. He's the man. He cannot be replaced. GO MR. LALOS!

Mr.Lalos was the best teacher to ever enter the school! The allegations are not true, but he can't come back. The new band director..well, she's not even close, definitely ruining our band. But he's the best and I will always remember how he helped me become a better trumpet player and a better person. I wish he could come back!

He was a great teacher, and the band misses him. It won't ever be the same but our new teacher is doing a great job :)
