For clarification, my last post was rude, uncalled for, and out of character for me to say something like that. I was angry and humiliated & was not thinking about my actions at all. I would like to correct myself in saying that Mrs. Coates is a wonderful teacher. She has high expectations for her students & is strict with them because of that. She wants her students to succeed & it shows in their work & attitudes that she is successful with that. All of her students love & respect her, as do I.

I have had several reports of this teacher yelling at the classroom for being loud. There are other means to quiting a class, like turning off the lights.
