I didn't like her at all. I had her my eighth grade year, and I did nothing but talk the entire time and I still got at least a 98% in that class. There is never any real work that gets graded, and if there is homework, the due date is extended, the homework isn't checked, or she lets you do it in class. I did about seven-ish essays in the class, and I never got any of them back. Towards the end of the year, she gave up and just gave everyone a 100% on everything, even if they didn't do it.
Her class is easy, but all of her assignments are outdated and she almost never creates her own assignments. Usually worksheets and packets. She likes to complain about her own life, and she never wants to hear student opinions. If i think she is wrong or have a different idea, she dismisses it. Her class is boring, we never do anything interesting, and she never grades any of the writing assignments. Don't recommend.
She was very sweet, but I think her skill set is more suited to younger people. Sometimes she seemed to get flustered and I felt bad for her
I was in a class of more than 30 students and it was the easiest class I ever had that year. I almost never listened and still ended the year with a 98. She doesn't know how to teach correctly. I learned absolutely nothing. She accused me of cheating on a stupid quiz just because a girl next to me got the same question wrong as me. This class was irrelevant to my life.
I like her. per 3 2015-16. Shes nicer then most. Class is kinda hard
If There wasnt aother teacher in her class biting my neck every time i would be doing fine she bothers me by saying pay attention when i am and that just waste times and than i cant copy the bored for the answers we go over everything so just wait until she puts the answers on the bored then copy them hand in the work in class trust i got an F for not handing in like 4 things everything is worth so many points even just a worksheet she gives extended time so use it wisely do the mini projects
Ms. Herstatt was a very fun and engaging teacher...being in her class was fun and somewhat constructive. The workload is very light and when there is homework...it is usually not checked or the due date is extended. The downside to being in her class though is that you won't be challenged. I, personally, thought that was fine for a middle school level 4 did not help me AT ALL, for the very challenging place called high school. But overall, I did enjoy Ms. Herstatt and her ethics of teaching.
I Am one of Ms. Herstatt's students. She is a very smart teacher, but at some points she can become really rude. I really dont understand how i recieved a A+ in her class but also earned to be in level 2 next year in highschool. I really do not understand the way she Grade things. She did the same to my peers too. Shes a cool teacher and all but i just do not understand my Placement for next year.
She is a terrible teacher. All i do is talk in her class and a get good grades. She sometimes makes me feel bad for her.
really nice, she extends due dates a lot so it makes the class pretty easy. i feel bad for her though, she seems stressed out a lot of the time. she is really nice
She was a sweetheart...to others. But when I was dealing with her, she was better than the others.
SHe really wanted to help me and it makes me cry that I was soooo mean to her. I'm sorry for everything.
I love you. I wish you teach a CHS. I miss you. You down.
A very caring person. She wants to see her students succeed.
I didnt realize how speacial she was till i left mms. She honestly is so caring and wanted to help me.
