very nice guy, very helpful after class. not too difficult, grading methods can be a little vague, though. loves it if you participate actively in class
I love Mr. Rotundo! He is very sweet and helpful if you approach him after class. His exams can be easy depending on the section, but the grades are up in the air considering the fact that your grade is determined by how you did in comparison to the rest of the class, so half the class seems to get a four and the other half a five.
nice. really clear with essay topics, but his grades... not so clear. He seems to randomly assign essay grades. Multiple choice is a struggle and he obnoxiously times it. Hes excited but still boring
mr.rotundo is the man, had him for 200, great teacher who makes boring material interesting. all around great person and teacher
THE MAN! He's one of the best teachers I've had at Andover.
He can be vague on papers, and a little boring at times, but he really knows how to get the information across, which, I feel, is the most important strength for a history teacher.
Rotundo is a great, enthusiastic person who makes the class both fun and intersting. His only flaw is explaining the problems with essays and rectifying them.
All and all the history dept. is good here. He is just another good teacher to add to the pool.
Rotundo was one of the best teachers I've ever had. He took 400 years of history, and presented it to 16 year-old kids in a way that we could actually absorb it, and relate it to our own lives. Always enthusiastic...I'm trying to get him spring term!
rotundo...he knows the stuff well. but class is really boring. And on his papers it sometimes seems like he pulls grades out of a hat.
He just has no personality, he is always so nice, mild and unenthusiastic.
If you see his name on your scheduling card, BAIL OUT IMMEDIATELY! He is very moody and his grading is arbitrary and often unfair. He does not help you at conference period and has no passion for his subject.
rotundo is not an easy teacher due to his hard grading on papers, but he's super nifty and he has this cool denim coat from the 70's!! oh, and he knows his stuff.
he doesnt really help improve papers at paper conferences. his classes are also really boring. but hes a nice man.
tough grader, there to answer questions but it doesnt really help
