Anyone who does not love Betty Schuetter is insane. Huge loss when she retired from Manual. She wrote me some great recs too.
Let me say that her class was the first time I actually had to study for my math tests. She doesn't seem too nice during school, but after school I'd go in for extra test prep, and she was one of the most helpful teachers I've had in a long time.
ok so shes definately not that nice during school and enjoys her sarcasm and cynicism and watching students squrim on her tests, but if you stay after school with her she completely changes into a really nice helpful person...and i actually learn how to d
Hardass, but she helps alot after school, which is completely different from her in class, rush through 5 chapters method. If you're bad at math she will definitely make it obvious (or your rock bottom test grades will).
What is with her messing up on every example on the overhead then expects us to ace the test... hypocrit!
REALLY REALLY HARD! still she taught her subjectm and stayed after skool to help me. Plus, IM DIGGIN TEH WHITE! shes koo...
her advanced class is basically a lower-level mst class. so if you're not in mst then it's really hard. she doesn't explain things well at all. not nice either.
Was very hard to understand during class. She was willing to help, expect a lot of work in this class. I switched out! She's a good teacher after school!
Putting you on the spot - the worst part of Manual - college was boring but I barely passed her math -c/o 99
Tough class but great preparation for college. A good challenge
