Man all you kids here complaining about coloring. When I had Mrs. Daly (graduated in 2010) she was one of the best teachers ever. She was at her core an AP level teacher, which means just like in college she is there to provide the means to learning something but looks to the student to go in that direction. A teacher guides you they don't spoon feed you information. And ANYONE who complains about coloring....just stop haha. Life is too short.
I really enjoyed being in Mrs. Daly's classes twice.. she is a very good teacher, and I thought the workload was appropriate for the difficult subjects she teaches. if you do your work, you'll do well
i love her! she does give a lot of "busy work" but it honestly did help out on the AP test. she also gives a LOT of extra credit...stay on her good side! but really, she knows what she's talking about
Probably the worst teacher I've ever had. She substitutes hundreds of worksheets a week for actual learning.
I loved Mrs. Daly eventhough i wasn't one of her favorites she was still nice to me. Yes she soesn't really go into detail but she doesn't do that because the APs are on a tight schedule.
Mrs. Daly is a very nice lady outside of school. I'd have to say she's one of the worst teachers I've had, however. She is very biased (picks favorites). She really doesn't teach either, she relies on busy work and stupid assignments to teach us and may gloss over some key terms now and then. She makes her students color like elementary kids. She gives out timeconsuming homework daily on things the students never learned about and whines when nobody turns them in. A really bad teacher.
The class requires alot of work. It might seem like busy work but after you've done all of it you understand the subject matter a lot better.
Ms. Daly may show severe favoritism, but she really helped me on the AP test. There is a LOT of coloring, and some pointless stuff, but overall a good teacher.
Mrs. Daly is one of the best teachers at BHS! Your completely prepared for the AP test. She explains things well and if your still confused she explain it to u
a lot of busy work and coloring but i learned a ton and barely had to study to do well on the ap test...go eagles too
She picks favorites, too much busywork and tons of coloring, not a total waste of time because you do manage to learn more during the year than other classes
Mrs. Daly rocks. she has always been there for me, through honors bio my sophmore year, ap bio my junior year, and now i am her T.A. for my senior year! AP!
can teach a freshman, 2 sophomores, 4 juniors, and 2 seniors AP Bio in the same class...and still make it fun! I'll miss it...(but not the coloring...)
daly is good but there was alot of coloring and shes on the eagles banwagon which is ok cya daly - doc
mean. unorganized... sighs too much... like eagles... likes color... compares people out loud.
She only really likes you if you're an "A" student...anyone other than that are horrible students so she makes it seem : (
What the heck is with the coloring??!??!?!?!? i don't miss this class, sorry. please don't sing. I liked the bill nye videos. GO EAGLES!
I had a lot of Bio experience before AP Bio... so I found the class fairly easy. A lot of busy work, but you can get away without doing a lot of it!
A funny lady, dryest sense of humor I've had in a teacher yet. Made everyday quite entertaining. Learned enough to pass the AP test. I like her.
Truly amazing, I mean, what teacher can make Honors Intro to Physical Science, Honors Bio, Fundamental Bio, and AP Bio the EXACT SAME COURSE??
Get on her good side right away! And she'll like you. She's pretty good.
Heaps of busywork, AP Bio is tough. After her class you will never want to see another colored pencil or marker.
