I graduated from Naperville North in 1979. Mr Bennett was one of the best teachers I ever had. He was a showman, and that made learning fun. He expected a lot from his students, but was always kind . I have great memories from his class.
He was tough, but it was worth it. History with Bennet was awesome. Great teacher and terrific person!
I had Mr. Bennett in the 80's. Tough but fair! I have alot of respect for him.
Mr. Bennett was the best teacher I've ever had. He was difficult, but he pushed me and I learned so much from his classes.
He prepares you wonderfully for the AP exams, and I better understand concepts in my current greek history course b/c of him. An all around great guy.
I had Mr. Bennett in the 70's and became a history teacher because of the positive impact he had on me.
he sits and talks and talks...his heroes are all masculist, rarely listened to our alternative views, never graded an essay..we were bored.
good teacher, but he'd always keep talking during work days and I couldn't concentrate
retirement was greatest acheivement as a teacher. we did nothing but busy work and listen to inflated stories of ego and wealth. very bitter man
I respect anyone who can find a job where they can do nothing and still get money.
Defenitely up there with my most respected, and most able teachers. Has made an impression on me for the rest of my life and surely countless others Outstanding
