He is great to talk to but I often find he talks way to much and does not get the class involved very much. Easy class, very boring.

By far the best teacher I have ever had, he teaches you everything from grammer to maturity. Mr. J's class is a once in a life time experience so cherish it while you can. The only bad thing about having him as a teacher is knowing that you will never have a better teacher in your whole academic career, and that you will never meet a teacher half as good as Mr. J. I learned more from him then every textbook I have ever read.

He is a once in a lifetime teacher. He spends about all of half a semester actually teaching grammar but the rest of the time we are reading novels that further improve our perception of how the world around us operates. One thing that I will miss the most from his class is the journal. I do like to write when I have the space to, and that is what his journal gave me. He is the kinda teacher to tell it to you straight. Absolutely my favorite core teacher I have ever had, and possible will have.

Mr. Jamieson? What can't you say about him? He is a very good teacher when it comes to books, but he taught me the most about life and how to live it than any other teacher. You are very lucky to have him for english!

I graduated from McCallie almost 15 years ago. If I had to pick one person who influenced me the most, cared the most, worked the hardest, and made me a better person, it would be Bill Jamieson.

Mr. J is one cool teacher! His class combines English, life, and his love for literature and creates a great environment for students. He is such a cool guy and stands out as probably my favorite teacher in MS, maybe in HS.
