She is very difficult and loves to pile work on. She is very subjective with grading and it is whatever she feels like giving you. You could pass in the same paper twice and get a 65 on one and an 85 on another. Don't even think about getting an A on an essay. She needs to lighten up.

She will teach you grammar and that's important, but she conflates writing with grammar. Rather than challenge your ideas or your writing style, she will nitpick your grammar. You put a comma...she'll cross it out and put a semicolon. You put a semicolon...she'll cross it out a put a comma. Other than that, she's a solid English teacher who will give you a good foundation.

She is a tough teacher who will help students who ask, but for those looking for a free ride, better pick another teacher.

As much as I hated her and she hates me, I learned a lot, mostly not to discuss politics or religion with people who can directly affect your future. She DOES NOT read papers, feel free to ramble...

A lot of people don't like her because she's hard, but she knows what she's doing. If you guys can't handle her, then don't even bother going to college.

Loves the sound of her own voice. Thinks she is a scholar. Loves her politics but hates yours. If you are loud she will either like you or be confused. Very spacey & grades hard.

She seems to think very highly of herself..and assumes we dont know squat. never expect an A--"if you get a b in my class, assume it's an A somewhere else" Then just give me an A!
