Mr. Beerman may come off as too strong to some, but he's an amazing teacher. Between his sarcasm, epiphanys and such, I enjoy his class.
Will push you more than other English teachers and you might hate him, but it's worth it to be in his class. Great intellectual class discussions and thorough writing/understanding
he doesn't deserve his position and he thinks he's really knowledgeable and cool but he's not
Beerman is a nice person, when he isn't trash talking other students/classes behind their backs or even to their faces. As an AP english teacher he is awful because he constantly gets off topic and never specifies what he wants. His essays are really hard and he is also a really hard grader on any papers you hand in. Most of his in class work is busy work and he has done nothing to prepare his classes for the AP test the entire year.
Awful person, awful teacher. He likes to use his position to bully students.
Beerman is not the best. He talks down to people, talks behind their backs, tells other people those stories you thought were private, but now have become gossip fodder for him and his friends. Also, he travels for free on those trips every year.
I LOVE MR. BEERMAN. Beerchap combined classes are the BEST. Greatest english teacher combo ever, they really prepare you for the real world and they are exceptional with analyzing books and keeping students on top of their work. SO keep up and you'll do great. You learn to love 'em. Believe them when they tell you "There's a method to the madness".
hes not very nice if you want to improvise, which is the point of drama, if you really love structural drama, then youll like him, if not, good luck.
You are awesome every time I go to your class my day gets alittle better.
Beerman was an awesome teacher, I have to admit. Very passionate indeed. He did put himself out there for people that were struggling. He provided opportunities, students just have to take them.
very understanding and caring. wants you to exceed in his class.
Mr. Beerman is an amazing drama teacher. the ones below were probably acting stupid in class. Mr. Beerman is one of my favorite teachers in CV :) HE has passion its not anger =]
I just started taking drama this year and I honestly love Mr.Beerman. His sarcasm is hilarious and he really does mean well. Whoever disagrees needs to obtain a better sense of humor. BUFF BRENT :D
Beerman wants everyone to succeed, but not everyone wants the same. If he's in your face, it's because he wants you to try.
he's funny most of the time and that's what i like about him, but sometimes i wish he would stick to one grading criteria/quit bouncing around w/ them. also just a tad bit too immature for my taste.
Poor attitude, grandiose view of himself and zero willingness to listen to anyone else.
He's not mean- I really like him. If he's "mean" to you, you probably brought it upon yourself. I don't get why so many people hate on him... poor Mr. Beerman!
Mr. Beerman is like a huge teddy bear, except there are dirty hypodermic needles sticking out of him. Overall wonderful teacher, (just love him from a distance.) -MW
beerman is honestly the rudest teacher i have EVER had..
Mr. Beerman is the BEST drama teacher EVER!! He was the one to inspire me to pursue acting...and if I ever become famous, he will be the very reason! He's brilliant, encouraging, and amazing!! :)
I wish he would be more sincere to the students. his capricious moods make them afraid to share their ideas/opinions during English class. he's not really a good role model for students, either.
"grow a thicker skin" a quote by the fabulous Beerman. good advice, that will prepare all of us for our eternal existances. I love you Beerman!!!
if you really raised your right arm every time he was sarcastic, it would fall off. Not his sarcasm, your right arm...
If only I had a nickel for every time Mr. Beermans brilliance blew my mind... I would be rolling in Benjamins.
He's hard, but if you try, you will learn. Don't slack off, make sure to be prepared in class, don't be afraid to think & question, and you'll get more out of his class than all the others combined.
"hammer smashed face" wt*? anyway, beerman rocks. his sarcasm is great, dont take him too seriously. amazing english teacher, dont pass him up.
Great drama teacher, but not that great english teacher
Hint: don't tell him your name in the beginning of the year or else he will pick on you for the rest of the year because he rarely chooses anyone else.
He has made me a much better english student because now i read for depth and not just for the story
he's not a hard teacher. we just get distracted by his sarcasm. Also, there's a lot of busy work.
He's the reason I love acting. I understand its depth because of Mr. Beerman.
He actually teaches, which is more than i can say for many of the teachers at this school. And he does it pretty well, even if he is difficult.
he's not that bad of a teacher but he can get very immature..just make it seem like you actually care about his class.
Beerman, Teaches theater, actual theater. He pushes you to new limits, building you to your ultimate understanding of what it is to be an actor. Beerman is a wealth of knowledge, and has passion for his student’s ability to
He was my summer school teacher for English. He is pretty funny even though some of his jokes are corny. He is a easy teacher and doesn't give you a lot of work.
he is so funny and I actually understand what he's talking about sometimes its amazing. he & chaplar play off one another so well in English, its like a 2 for 1 special hehe :P
Out of my four years, he is one of the teachers who made high school worthwhile.
wow, if i'd known i would have him for summer school i would have dropped during the year
I had him for guidance and the musical!! He is soooo cool and sooo funny!!! Ur wonderful!!
Although he might come off as really tough, he truly loves and cares about what he does. I'm not sure anyone knows how much work this guy does for us!
omg the best teacher you can ever have at CV.(except maybe Ms. Chaplar but don't tell him that). He is just remarkable and very wonderful
had for english 1st semester jsut do ur work and youll get a good grade
Beerman is the best person ever...not only as a teacher but also as a friend. He really cares about hsi students and onle wants the best for them
Mr. Beerman helped me become a better actor and a better thinker. He is harsh at times, but it is for our own good, and I realize that now. Wish I still had him
Mr. Beerman is a great teacher and an excellent director. I can't wait to get up into the higher drama classes and get the fullness of his attention.
For being supposed thespians, you people sure can't spell. Beerman is a fun and educated man who doesn't get the respect he deserves.
A very good teacher. He has helped me alot and given me so much advise on everything. I really enjoy being in drama with him. Go Beerman.
Mr. Beerman is an awesome teacher. He really make syou work hard to become a good actor and knows what he's talking about. He's very helpful with scene works and give great advice for drama productions. He's also very funny. It's my favorite class!
