Knows a lot, but does not know how to convey information to students. Picks favorites and grades based on who he likes. Barely teaches, and almost constantly rambles on about his past experiences in life. Most likely the worst teacher ive had.a

He's so out of it. He's not bad because he's pretty easy but if you don't have an A in his class because there is nothing you can do about it. The grades are random and sometimes he gets mad and gives you impossible quizzes. His class is literally a study hall, I did math homework every day in it. No one even bought the books we were assigned to read, it's a joke.

Mr. Autry could be one of the most unique teachers I have had. He will get distracted from time to time, but you will learn the information you need to know. One of his problems is that students know how to get him off topic, so especially English 1 and 2 classes try that. Take the advise Mr. Autry writes on your papers very seriously, as he is a college professor and grades similarly to one. He is such a funny guy, and is a really fun class to take if you love English.

AC English II: Quizzes are extremely difficult, nothing on them is even really mentioned in class. Just focus on essays.

First of he is the only person I know that can interrupt himself. Rants about how iPads are useless and they won't help for the whole class will not be on the essays or tests I can guarantee you that. He starts talking about one thing and then goes on a rant about how his dog is dying or something useless like that. I get more out of his class sparknoting the book rather than listening to him.

AC English 2: Class itself is boring and useless. u can take notes if u want but he mostly rambles about politics. FOcus on his essays (40% of grade). Prepare to do all of the literary analysis on your own (he helps outside of class though). Don't read, use Sparknotes, just get the jist of what happens for the quizzes. Overall, it's very easy to get a B in but difficult to have get an A in the class. It all comes down to your essays.
