I really enjoyed having Mr.Douglass as a teacher this year in one of his advanced chemistry classes. He is a super funny and down to earth teacher who takes a genuine interest is making sure his students succeed and learn. I will miss seeing him in the halls if he does sell his house and retire.

Mr. Douglass is an extremely smart and experienced teacher. He has a fairly laissez-faire style, and can be a little bit oblique, but appreciates it when students go the extra mile. He also has a really nerdy, and therefore awesome sense of humor. Challenging, but in a good way, not the best teacher, but extremely competent, and you have to give him credit for having taught for more than 40 years!

He knows a lot. He's not like Mrs. Donovan, but he likes to see kids take the initiative to learn themselves, but doesn't help kids do this in a proactive manner. He's cool after class and lets you get away with silly things. He's funny. He's awesome. but he could be more active. :)

mr. douglass isnt bad, if you have a good class then its fun. only way to learn is to ask questions, he'll answer them ALL DAY. tests are easy, lab assessments aren't.

Mr Douglass is an Ok teacher, but he just doesn't know how to teach very well. Maybe if he actually taught you, then he would be a great teacher.

I thought Mr. Douglass was awesome! He has so many analogies for everything and even now i still remember things by them. As long as you ask questions, he makes everything easy.

He made me pay for my book because the person who had it trashed it. Now I have to pay for it even though I did nothing to it...his exam is impossible...

He expects people to be perfect. One day the class sat there the whole class and he was on the comp. the whole time and he gave us all F's for doing nothing.
