Very little take to home, but still plent of work. No downtime for the most part. Basically: novel, major works packet, book check quiz, seminar, timed writing, poetry, timed writing, essay grading/group work pattern all year. Stringent writing rules
She was a good teacher and helped me get a four on the AP English Lit test. That works for me.
Gives a whole bunch of busy work, never allows you to go to any of the assemblies1
I can tell that she knows what she's talking about but she doesn't have any patience with students. She's very snobby and can bite your head off for a simple question.
You know, if people actually took the FORTY MILLION papers she gave them and READ them, ANYONE could pass the AP exam... don't judge her on what others say.
She is very helpful in explaining things that students need to know for college.
if you did well in weger, this class is no problem. but it'll prepare you for the test. some of the activities suck, but overall, a very good teacher.
The people that come in with a bias dont like her and dont learn anything. The people that come in with an open mind learn a lot.
Word of Advice: Don't go to class, and then pass the AP test from the knowledge gained from Lisa Weger. It'll save you a lot of time and pain.
Bunnye... you definitly need us way way more then we need you! Horrible...
She is an awesome teacher! Very helpful, fun at times too!
Her bark is worse than her bite. She just wants us to do well.
BunnyB. is a great teacher, once you get to know her.
