Carol Carillo

Mrs. Carrillo is really nice, but her method of teaching is kind of different. She just goes through the notes she has you print out the night before and then you do your homework the rest of class, which is nice, because it lessens your hw load (she calls it an "assignment" not "homework"). But if you have a really hard time understanding the concept, she might go a bit too fast. She is a good teacher for those who already know the topic fairly well. But you can always ask for her to explain.

Carrillo is quite possibly one of the most misunderstood teachers at TP. She is a nice, caring woman but her teaching methods don't work for some. She tends to be one of those teachers where students who kinda already know the math and are good at math excel. But if you need someone to explain, you fail. Her tests are kind of hard and they're worth 80%. As much as I like Carrillo, that class was stressful and annoying. I learned a lot though and think that people should give her a chance.
