Mrs. Carrillo is really nice, but her method of teaching is kind of different. She just goes through the notes she has you print out the night before and then you do your homework the rest of class, which is nice, because it lessens your hw load (she calls it an "assignment" not "homework"). But if you have a really hard time understanding the concept, she might go a bit too fast. She is a good teacher for those who already know the topic fairly well. But you can always ask for her to explain.

Carrillo is quite possibly one of the most misunderstood teachers at TP. She is a nice, caring woman but her teaching methods don't work for some. She tends to be one of those teachers where students who kinda already know the math and are good at math excel. But if you need someone to explain, you fail. Her tests are kind of hard and they're worth 80%. As much as I like Carrillo, that class was stressful and annoying. I learned a lot though and think that people should give her a chance.

expect to do a lot of studying on your own.A lot of times many concepts are not covered in her class notes, and sometimes vaguely mentioned in the book.Has some good tricks, but you have to ask for

mrs carrillo is a really great person. and quite funny too. if you don't understand something she teaches, ASK QUESTIONS. then, hopefully you will get it.

shez rly nice and hilarious in an insane sorta way... ya, she duznt rly teach.... at all... so u sorta need to like EVERYTHING on ur own. however, if u just do the worksheets and hw itz easy

shes a great person but to teach you she do one problem on th board an dthen expect to to figure the rest out on your own. the worksheets she gives you to review for the test are most helpful part because it bascially is the test just with diff numbers. you grade your own hw in class so just give yourself a hundred percent and then memmorise the worksheet and youll do fine. Good luck
