She often spends a quarter of class time on the phone calling the dean's office, attendance office, program office etc. trying to get her students into trouble. I always thought I will always like all my teachers, and she forever changed my view.

she isn't a great teacher, but if you make an effort in her class she will see that. before i didnt do to well on a test and she let me retake it because she knew i was trying but didn't really get it. just treat her with respect and do your work.

As a parent involved in my child's education, I wonder why LaGuardia, a flagship school, would employ such a substandard teacher. She is overbearing, mean-spirited and, worst of all, not a good Spanish teacher or even a Spanish speaker. She treats the students (with the exception of a few favorites) with contempt, apparently in a misguided attempt at discipline, including discussing personal issues in front of the entire class. She's like the teacher from Pink Floyd's "Antoher Brick in the Wall"

She is such a bad teacher. I'm a sophmore in spanish 5 honors and she is the WORST spanish teacher I've ever had. She doesnt know what shes doing and she's really rude. she doesnt follow the ciriculum and she has favorites. and i feel like she treats me different because im a black american. she looks me down more than she does any other student. she had a strokee last year ;i think thats why she acts so weird ; shes always talking to herself and acting strange. she needs to retire right now .2

okay... umm let me put this in simple terms, TRANSFER OUT OR DROP SPANISH. look I'm spanish and i don't even know what the heck she's teaching me. good luck to you if you have her, the way i survived her class (luckily i only had her one year) is by making fun of the way she acts. she just has these strange actions, no control, and i think needs to retire... right now. plus i hate her accent. i mean she knows her stuff, but she's really bad at teaching it. i haven't met one person who likes her.

I love this teacher!!! Most of the curriculum is a review of last year and it is easy to get a good grade in her class.

Oh my god. I really don't want to lose this year in spanish but it looks like I'll have to. Maybe it would help if she could speak the language... "Muy Bien!" She's too easy!!

Ms. Parisi is the WORST teacher ever. I recommend getting a scheduale change the minute you get her. She grades unfairly, can barely speak spanish, and laughs at kids who are struggling.

The only thing I learned in her class is that it IS possible to sniff 175 times in a 40 minute class. (Yes, I tallied.) I got 2 good things out of her class, and they're both friends that I still have today. "Muy bien." *SNIFF!!!!!*
