I took Geosystems instead of physics hoping to have an easier science course. Earth science is an easy science, however, she never taught anything. We did lots of irrelevant "labs" without explanation and she would argue with students all the time over her own blatant mistakes. I even tried getting on her good side and she doesn't have one. I'm pretty sure she has a geology degree, but she doesn't seem to know anything about "geosystems." It's very frustrating.
This was supposed to be an easy class but I can't seem to get my grade above a C. Ms. Simmons tests are incredibly hard and no matter how hard you study it is nearly impossible to pass. I would suggest taking a different science
Ms. Simmons has little knowledge of Geosystems, which is a simple subject. She's able to spout out random facts about the class, but has little understanding. She has a low level of intelligence over all. She often gets confused and says things that aren't logical. To make it worse, she's condescending. She doesn't seem to realize that you can't expect people to take a class seriously when they learn nothing. Overall, her class is awful. It's so simple and useless that it's actually painful.
I wish I had just switched out when I saw her.
She does not know Geosystems, I was in the honors class and most of the class is smarter than her. She is not a good teacher and not a nice person.
she overcomplicates everything and makes an easy a an easy f
Don't take AP Environmental Science, you'll want to drop out after the first month.
