Sosa is probably one of the best teachers I've ever had. She's seriously influenced me so much and completely gave me my love for foreign languages. She's extremely passionate about her field, so don't disrespect it or dismiss foreign language as a useless class, because she'll think less of you if you act like that. If you come in with an open mind her class will turn into your favorite all year, she's super creative with projects and teaches to her students' ability.
SOSALICIOUS. Mrs. Sosa was definitely one of my favorite teachers of high school. I loved how she cared more about actually teaching us Spanish/French/Italian than judging us through tests and grading. She does play favorites and will give you a boosted grade if she likes you, so watch out for that and make sure you don't piss her off too much because then she'll snap. My average in her class was 100 every quarter just because of how amazing of a teacher she was.
Cheryl Sosa has only one interest, conducting trips to Europe. She pressures students in the Honor Society to take the trips. If you do not go, your on her bad side.
She is only interested in conducting trips to Europe. She applies pressure on the students in the Honor Society to go with her. If you do not go, then she could careless about you. Selfish is not the word. She probably gets kick backs from a travel agency!
Mrs. Sosa is, by far, my favorite teacher/ professor to date. She is not only passionate about the subjects she teaches and the programs she advises, but she truly cares about each and every student who she crosses paths with. She is very opinionated and that sometimes led to class debates on a wide variety of topics. Sosa is more than just another teacher, she is a mentor. She goes out of her way to see her students achieve and as long as you put in the work, her class is quite manageable.
Mrs. Sosa is one of the best teachers. She cares about teaching students more than just Spanish but getting them engaged in the world and questioning the status quo. She inspires people to learn more than what is in the classroom. She genuinely cares about the students. I had Mrs. Sosa many years ago but she was definitely one of my favorite teachers- she was encouraging, inspiring, pushed you to work hard but acknowledged that each student has his/her strengths and was there to help.
Never had her for class but went on a few europe trips with her through the years...funny, super caring and very nice. I can't imagine her being a bad teacher.
One of the worst teachers I've ever had. She is so opinionated and selfish. Anything she doesn't like she hates example sports. She tries to force you to agree with her and if you don't you're wrong.
It is only because of this woman that I'm able, 10 years later, to speak Spanish well...fantastic teacher.
An extremely compassionate human being. Always has your back. Love her.
Hi mrs sosa, as a student of yours for the first time, i think you are one of the coolest spanish teachers i have ever had xD. you are so helpful in class and able to deal with the loud people in clas
She is tough but she is definitely the best class i got. Reason her class is good is because she is very relaxed and encourages our talking in class.- perry
very nice, just her opinions are slightly extreme and shes not good at seeing your pt of view, she just thinks its ignorance and thats not right. she also favored other classes and i think she hates white ppl.
Love her! Very smart and compassionate toward students. Loves languages and learning in general!
She inspired me to become a Spanish Teacher, which I have been now for almost ten years!! She is still wonderful!!
Nice, but way too disorganized...if you don't agree with her, you are WRONG...her class is a joke, but she'll have periods where she'll give way too much work
Sosa was the best teacher ever.. Im sorry but she was the greatest, I will miss her so much.
dedicated, helpful, intelligent. one i remember from 10 years ago- that says something
