- He's a very intelligent teacher, and an easygoing person. What I loved about his class was that you learned history in a fun way (the Cleopatra-Mark Antony-Julius Caesar story). I only wish I had him as a teacher again.

Mr. Hackney is the BEST!! hes really nice and sweet, and has an awsome accent! Hes pretty easy going but his tests are kinda hard. he likes powerpoints and doesnt give a lota notes.u MUST read da text(permalink) (report)

best ap world teacher. luved his accent. ask him how they say street lights in south africa. constantly says "anyways" while throwing paper in the air. luv the way he says "platanos." hes afunny dude.(permalink) (report)

Mr. Hackney makes me swoon. Also, he truly knows history inside and out. The down-side of that is that he expects you to know it inside and out as well. Study hard for his tests.(permalink) (report)
