Mrs. Alfonso is a great teacher with a good heart. She is a little laid-back, but not to the point of it being a negative personality. I am not doing so well, but she is really nice, and trying to get me to honors.

Mrs. Alfonso is a very laid-back teacher who used to be (gasp!) a flight attendant... I don't think she has enough experience to be teaching GATE students because although she skims the curriculum, students don't truly LEARN in this class, or prepare for high school for that matter. So if you're looking for an easy A, good for you!, but if you're looking for an easy A in high school...you're going to have a bad time. And don't whistle or sleep in class...don't get on her nerves.

Mrs alfonso was the best teacher I've ver had! She was nice, kind, knowledgable, and funny. I feel so pricaleged to have been in her class. She is amazing!!!!!

She is very laid back and easy going, but she has not taught anything so far this year. She makes rude comments and is ignorant about the students' needs.It would be helpful if she could clarify her instructions as well.

her class is fun and she is super nice but does not teach too much, VERY laid back, i have not improved in my skills in her class at all
