best english teacher i've ever had. she's so nice and funny and she picks on the kids that deserve to be picked on. she was very helpful on essay writing and grammar.
By the end of the year, you will be able to write an essay, name the parts of speech, and spot literary devices. She is not very professional, but she really knows what she is teaching.
Amazing teacher. I had a TERRIBLE teacher that did NOTHING all year in 8th grade, but Cindi came to the rescue and taught me how to write the perfect essay. I never thought of my self a s a good writer because I was never taught the correct way, but Mrs. Wiseltier taught me. THrough her harsh grading, I learned how to succeed as a writer. In addition, since Common Core took grammar out of the curriculum, none of us even knew was an adjective was, so SHE taught us, even though it wasn't required.
Okay so everyday we always tried to teach her new memes but besides that she is the best teacher I've ever had. I think my writing skills really improved in her class. She's one of the nicest people that I know. 10/10
Mrs. Wiseltier is a strict teacher, but she was also one of my favorites. Paying attention in class didn't feel like a chore because it didn't feel like you were learning, it felt like you were just having a conversation. If you do your work and really try you'll be fine
If I could have her again I would!
She grades way to hard for every class and she never clarifies herself. She often gets off task and won't respond to your emails on the weekends because she claims that our questions aren't that important and that she isn't our doctor. She plays favorites in grading from the beginning of the year and if you don't put in extra effort in any class, including the regular and intensive classes, you will struggle.
She's a decent teacher and a very harsh essay grader. Watch out!! Also highly inappropriate and brings out any inappropriate part of any book in details...plays favorites and if she hates you good luck, you will never survive
She thinks shes being nice buts shes actually really mean and she gives us way too much work. Awful
She thinks that she is smarter than she is. She enjoys tearing apart essays, but her required writing style and power word list are archaic and improper. Her writing style rules are complex and rigid. She plays favorites, and given the subjective nature of grading in this class, if you are not one of her favorites, you cannot get a high grade regardless of what you do.
She is very good teacher. ALWAYS READ THE BOOKS!!! you can't scrape by with the reading by spark-noting it! BEWARE OF ESSAYS!!! you CANNOT put minimally effort in and scrape by. You have to write UNBELIEVABLY good essays to get in the 90s (If you get a 100%, then you should be a novelist).
She is a VERY tough teacher. Got straight A's in 8th grade English, and B/C range in her class. Her essay grading is brutal, but helps you prepare for Junior and Senior year
Her class is really fun and she is an awesome teacher
Mrs. wiseltier was a decent teacher. I got through her class but at times she excepted to much out of us.
She is an excellent teacher, very nice. however, plays the favorite game. She also appears as a kid when teaching which makes class fun and learning easier.
good good good good good good great great great great great awesome awesome awesome awesome excellent excellent excellent fantastic fantastic outstanding
she's a hard grader but she's the greatest teacher. her voice is mad annoying though, but she can be really funny at times.
She's a really great teacher, and although her grading is tough, she teaches you importnant things
She is a great teacher. She teaches exactly what you need to know. I cannot stand her personality though. I find that her sense of humor can be rude and at the expense of others (often her students).
mrs. wiseltier is sooo nice but she is a hard grader !!
i have her for study hall shes really nice we talk to her
One of the best teacher's that South has got. She's a hard grader, but she's worth it. She actually cares about you, and I miss being able to be in her class. If you get her as a teacher, don't me scared. You're really lucky to have her.
such an amazing english teacher. She grades hard, but is willing to work with her students and makes english fun.
I Love Mrs. Wiseltier. You are SOOOO lucky to have her if you get her. I wish I could have her every year. I look foward to going to class everyday!!
MY BEST AND FAVORITE TEACHER EVER! She has taught me so much and is such a nice person! THANK YOU SO MUCH MRS. WISELTIER!
my favorite teacher ever... I look foward to going to English every day- THANK YOU MRS. WISELTIER!
She is really nice, but is very difficult. I'm in her 9 honors class, and she said that she's only reconmennding half of us for honors next year. She is honest and cool. LIke half of her 9H students dropped this year its funny to watch. THough its hard I like her anyway.
she loves me so much and really likes how i write.. plus i do so well on her tests..everyones like shes so hard!! if you work hard - you do well - edit your papers carefully
such a great teacher.. i love herr! grades really hard but such a great teacher and person..plus she likes me a lot :)
Her class was so much fun! I actually wanted to go to English! I was in honors last year and she graded us really hard but she's funny and entertaining.
she's nice most of the time but she grades REALLY hard and she makes fun of people too much sometimes
she seems to be an nice person but grades way too hard
i dont like her, she seems to not care, and she keeps on saying that too
She's an awesome person with alot of personality. Has a great sense of humor too.
i had her two years ago and she is an excellent teacher and is a lot of fun, plus i am one of her favorite students
I like her. She teaches well. I have her for 1st period, and we're all half dead. She calls us the most boring people she ever met.
She's awesome. She's kinda like Ghandi. Ya know, if Ghandi had glasses, was white, and was shorter than the average hobbit, she'd totally be Ghandi!
