Most of the kids that hate her either didn't take her Honors class or did and they didn't try very hard. I loved her class and learned more than I have in any other English class, she taught me freshm
By far the best English freshman english teacher. She is tough but you learn a ton from her. Love MS. Glidewell!
Ms. Glidewell is an excellent class. Though some of my peers complain about her it is usually because they slack in her class and don't do well. She isn't prepared to baby Freshmen, and in the end pre
Very, very tough class. But I learned a ton, and English since then has been a breeze. Freshman, appreciate her while you have her, she really is very good at what she does.
naive freshmen hate her because they've always been babied, but she's just preparing them for the horrors of the next 3 years. if ever there was a wise freshman, he/she would appreciate her class.
Extremely tough but I learned a ton from her. Always do above the minimum on the research paper or you will get a bad grade.
she's really demanding and a super tough grader...i'm now a junior and i had her freshman year and all i have to say is....FRESHMAN BEWARE!!!!
Get on her good side...OR ELSE!!! She doesn't like Band or anything that might distrupt the class. If you are leaving on a school trip, approach her with caution!!!
She didn't like me, and believe me, the feeling was quite mutual. However, when matters such as grades are out of your hands, you knuckle down and cooperate.
While this was not my favorite class, I must admit that I learned a lot last year from her. She is still very nice to me and always says "hey" to me in the hall
i learned a bunch in that class, but im glad im out. my only advice is get on her good side and act like you love shakespeare!
Mrs. Glidewell is a good teacher but insanely hard, as well as just insane. If she likes you, you can make it through, but if not, well good luck.
I wake up in the morning and I cry thinking I have to go to Ms. Glidewells class.
Ms. Glidewell was a great teacher and very nice and helpful to me. But....that was 3 years ago. She still seems very nice and says hey in the hallways
You could stand to be a little bit nicer> it wouldnt hurt
A nice lady and a great teacher. Shes also a really harsh grader
she's alright if she likes you, have a good grade in her class, and play sports. Way to hyper and lay off shakesphere
loved her and still do very nice if you stay on her good side
While I admit that she is a good teacher, she is the absolute harshest grader ever and doesn't allow for explanations. It would be nice if she read what a student wrote before grading it...
Is it against the rules to give detention for not turning in homework?
