Very opinionated. Cannot keep objective view with students. Told a classmate of mine she was childish in being a vegetarian and pinned her views on the invention of talking animals in Sidney's films. I would avoid this teacher for my kids for many reasons. One should not use his/her credential as a ego building soap box...very disappointing for auhsd in general.

Very funny and it's awesome to be in his class most of the time. He has a no-homework policy and offers at least 2 rewrites per essay he assigns, so most people can get at least a B. He will occasionally get SUPER angry and frightening sometimes though if the class starts to annoy him. Apart from that his class was really good

The best of the Miramonte english faculty. You will learn alot and gain some new perspectives on different issues. He has strong opinions, but they are great to facilitate discussion and thinking.

What a great teacher! He teachers us how to really understand literature and has fascinating philosophy discussions. He is also will not ruin your grade. AP English is a very college-like experience.
