I love him, he's my favorite teacher of all time. He was a difficult teacher, but went out of his way to help me. Best teacher in all my college and high school days.

I rated Mr. Rowland a "Great" for easiness because we're not in school to get pushed through. School is for learning and Mr. Rowland is one of very few who understands what his duty is. Mr. Rowland not only helped me academically but personally and socially. I graduated from Dover High almost 20 years ago and I carry many of his lesson with me to this day.

He was a hard teacher, but fair. The books that I read in 10th grade I still remember and can't wait until my children read them.
