Mr. Cohen is the man for weight training. Unlike other teachers he focuses on actually lifting weight rather than worksheets and tests and other BS. If you work hard you can put on 10-20 pounds of muscle by the end of his class. I've never seen someone walk so fast either, he is a machine.
Mr. Cohen is an awesome guy. He was cool, funny, and helped us with what we needed to get done. Whenever he showed us a new Kata, a lot of us would complain and say, "This is so hard!" But by the end of the week, he'd have us doing it perfectly. He has his own dojo, which I still want to join, but have not been able to find the time quite yet. Anyway, Cohen is a great guy and a great teacher. :)
Steve "Sensi" Cohen Is the best Gym/Self Defence/Weightlifting teacher in JMHS. I personally had him twice and every day was a joy. The hardest thing he'll ever teach is the Anceint Chinese KATA. He is funny with his sarcasim and one of the nicest guys I personally have ever had the chance to meet. One tip... Dont ask him If you can do anything beside his lesson, you might find yourself doing knuckle pushups.
