She talks to much about personal things and doesnt teach the lesson. Often makes students learn the lesson at home by them selves because she talks too much and doesnt finish the lesson.
Before the lesson she's really funny and cool, but then once the lesson starts she's really boring -.- well, I guess it IS math. She does her best to help everyone, though :)
ehhh, she is okay! she answers questions as does every other math teacher. She is not my favorite teacher.
Mrs. Hopkins class is the definition of a college prep class, she will go over something multiple times if you do not get it.
Is a good teacher if you know math/are in honors & don't need extra help. Is not available for help before/after school or at lunch. Also spends too much time talking & then has to cram in a lesson.
She's good at teaching math, but its the same thing over and over again. No easy days, and she makes it really easy to zone out from doing the same thing over and over.
Mrs. Hopkins was nice to me because i was doing well in her class. However, she was really rude to my friends who were not doing as well.
I dunno why so many people are ranting about mrs. hopkins. i wish she taught precalc because she's way better than the teacher i have now.
shes cool, good teacher, kinda talks fast...........
I love Mrs. Hopkins! She is a wonderful math teacher and a great person! I'm so glad I had her last year!!!
Mrs. Hopkins suffers from multiple personality disorder. She doesn't get tests back until like a month after we've taken it and then she makes us feel guilty
The only problem that I can see about her is that she talks about her kids way too much. Other than that, I enjoy having discussions that stall taking notes.
At times, she is nice. At times, I wonder if I will ever regain my sanity again. And for the record...she is the only one I know that insists on taking off a 1/4 of a point and thinks that it is relative to the matter...riiight.
