I had Basler my junior year in high school and I'm now a senior in college at UW-Madison. I didn't do particularly well in his class, but he was by far the most influential teacher I've had. I have never gotten into such in-depth conversations with a teacher about abstract ideas as I have with him. He seems to care more about making students think outside the box and challenge them than grades, which I admire.
some many movie quote, baslercasts are awesome, great teacher
man you dont get as bad as mr. basler at everything that involves teaching
Very ignorant teacher regarding the subject of physics. Does not have mastery of the material. I highly recommend principal evaluation of his phsyics teaching credentials by Mr. Vogel.
Great teacher because he really seems to love science.
Basler doesn't care about grades-- he only wants to make people think
mr basler is probably my best teacher and he is pretty funny he makes class pretty fun and i hate science with a passion.
Great class, makes a tough subject easy to understand.
He's a funny guy (or at least he tries). Nice teacher but sometimes it seems like even he doesnt know entirely what he's talking about, but he'll teach you what you need to know
OK phys-sci teacher, pretty good physics teacher. Doesn't give much physics homework but you need to know the material to pass the tests.
