just because physics is easy for you doesn't make bregar a bad teacher. he is nice a patience and maybe he takes a while to do problems because some people need the help? Not everyone is in calculus and I'm glad he takes the time to care about me and my friends who don't think physics is so easy.
Bregar is EXTREMELY knowledgable and really wants his students to learn. Kids who say otherwise just don't like the fact that they aren't as smart as they think they are ...
great physics teacher
He is just so incompetent. he explains one problem for 40 minutes..........
I've noticed that if you go up to him individually and ask him for help, it's pretty useful. He may not be the most concise at explaining concepts, but at least he makes an effort to relate to his students. His process of working out problems in class is somewhat helpful, but it'd be nice if we got through more than 2 problems in a period. His homework is helpful too, but only if you decide to do it. Overall, I think this is kind of a more independent class, but that's good for college prep.
Bregar spends most of his time working out problems and takes the whole period much of the tiome. The stuff that he teaches doesn't make sense much of he time so you really need to pay attention in [email protected] to understand it. If he knows the subject well he does a good job but if he doesn't then it's a long period. He also try's to make the subject less stressful by making jokes and by saying how hard the subject is. It really helps to talk to other people taking the subject to help understand it.
Pt 1: So far, he hasn't made the greatest impression as a teacher. As a human being, he's very amusing, but to be honest I haven't learned much from him at all. His teaching method just doesn't line up with how I learn. He used a sports reference to describe the course and essentially said that you can't learn anything from just having someone show you how to do it. That may be true in sports, but that's not how majority of people I know, including myself, learn.
cool guy who really cares about his students
Instead of talking for half of the period about minor details that could be summarized in 5-10 minutes, he needs to take more time to work out and explain homework problems. Only doing one problem per period for every homework task of 5 or more problems, especially when it is the87 hardest problem that we won't even be asked to replicate, is not beneficial or useful to the students. I have left numerous times still in the dark of how to really solve a physics problem.
He is a mediocre teacher. He usually takes very long to explain new topics and ideas. Overall, I do not enjoy his Physics course.
He's a teacher. He teaches stuff. He doesn't suck. He isn't amazing. He's fine.
Sooooooo bad at teaching physics. A textbook would also be helpful. his power point notes look like chicken scratch and he doesn't teach you the material on the test because he uses old test from other teachers.
Worst physics teacher ever. They need to bring Kirsch back.
Very good, yep Mr. Bregar is smart and nice he is a good teacher and knows how to help people. Some times however, he can be a little crazy.
Great teacher and lots of fun. I took biology from him and enjoyed it.
He's a funny teacher, and he's himself around students. I enjoy his company, and I his funnyness.
Bregar is a very good teacher. His classes are very fun.
breegs is the best! If you can, take adv. field bio, he is way cool and chill about everything, and likes to joke around
Had him my freshman year of high school (junior in college now) Thought he was hilarious and an awesome teacher! Really knows his stuff!
