He teaches straight out of the text book. You read the text book out loud one at a time almost every day. He stops often to explain stuff and gives constant life story's to connect to the teachings. Overall he is a great teacher, almost never any homework and is constantly making jokes with his dry sense of humor.

he's cool and all but the class is just straight out of the textbook. you only really learn if you want to. almost never any homework, if you can take notes on movies you're good.

Mr.Chaid was my teacherin HS and I am now in my 2 year of college.It has amazed me how accurate he is in his knowledge of History,I learned more in his class than I have in College

You won't learn a darn thing in this class. I hope you enjoy popcorn reading because that is ALLLL you will be doing. I could teach his class!

very easy class to get an A in if all the work is done. allows group work so its easy to get work done; wont learn much in this class

One test all semester long. That's it. Workbooks daily. Easiest class I have ever taken. But will I be ready for college? Doubt it.

i have now taken several teachers and i have moved on to college and i have taken classes with several professors...but mr. Chaid is still my favorite teacher
