Incompetent. This guy is in way over his head and has little to no idea what he is doing. In a role where he should be a school leader he is more worried about posting to Facebook. The man is a racist and a coward and will run the school into the ground.

Mr. Moen allows the success of the school to come before the success of the student. He expects students taking AP exams to complete STAR testing the day before their exams. Additionally he attempts to wear too many hats while being the students friend as well as their principal resulting in non-standard arbitration. A last minute replacement, he frequently does not have the knowledge or experience to deal with situations.
