Just read the text to study, thats all he tests on. If youre literate, youll get Bs and up on tests and projects. He "devil's advocate"s you a lot in discussions. Hella abrasive, his gdrive ccmments have made me cry but hes actually nice. I think.
tests are impossible
doesn't explain anything
gets off topic too easily
very knowledgeable man, however
Mr. Wagenberg is a very good teacher and a very smart man. I took his Honors U.S. history class and he made the subject very interesting. The only flaw is his tests. His tests do not correspond with most of the things you learn in his class. The best advice is to study from past worksheets and make sure you know all the acts and amendments, there are a lot of those.
If you are in his AP US History class, he doesn't post anything on time nor does he go over all of the book material in class. I would have prefered his Honors class, and I regret taking the class.
D-wag is the man. take his honor US class. funny guy, great conversations. ask him about his trip to walmart. if u take his class you will never want to see another time magazine.
He's funny and if you go into the class thinking it's boring and stupid, you'll hate the class. But if you pay attention and actually get into the conversations, it's a really enjoyable class.
d-wages is an awsome teacher. his use of many types of media make his class very interisting. incredibly smart man. true his tests are diffucult but he knows this and curves.
A smart man but a poor teacher. His attitude causes particular distress to his students. Makes the subject boring.
first he seems bad but really hes an awsome guy He really cares about the students & their grades at times it can b hard 2 concentrate but he cant help it if history is boring my advice is 2 takenotes
he's a hard teacher, he overworks the students, and you hate him for that. but in the end when your taking AP exams, you love what he did to prepare you for it.
he is by far the smartest man at McMahon..he knows his stuff and is willing to help...it isnt his fault that history is hard
Hey-Wagenberg def. knows what he's talking about -and his class can get boring - but you'lll be okay if you listen to him - he's a mad cool person, you just gotta give him a chance
I did bad in his class, it was really boring, he gave so much work, & his tests were hard. He's a nice guy & he does give you a chance to get extra credit. pay attention.
i think mr wagenberg was extremely helpful in getting us through the APUSH book and ready for the AP Exam and SAT IIs. He definately is a real smart teacher and knows what he's talking about.
He is a GOOD teacher. FACE IT, if you think he is bad, maybe your just a bad student. Why do you think he only teachers honors and AP this year, because he is a good teacher and he expects kids to do work, and really teachers them. get over it. he is good
he is a nice guy. he is def. one of the smartest people in the school. I think he just needs to get use to teaching, and then he will be amazing!
i like mr wagenberg. hes a really smart guy and i respect him as a person. he def. knows what hes talking about.
he's a very good teacher, and his grading his fair. he has a lot of experience. but, there is a lot of work in his class, and tests are very hard, esp in AP
As has been stated, he'll teach ya if you're willing to learn. Fair, and a nice person to know.
He's a good teacher. I took him for 08 and AP US History. His class is hard but he grades fair. He knows what he teaches and if you want to learn take his class
As a person, I respect him. Yeah, the class is hard, and I am not particularly fond of US History in the first place. Stear clear if you can't commit is all.
His class is really hard and sometimes hes really boring but hes really nice and always gives u a chance to get extra credit.
yea i have him now, and he'll ask you a irrelivant question every 5 seconds
