Dr. Dorman was easily the best teacher I had in high school. His rigorous class prepared me for college work and gave me a background for many diverse topics I've encountered since. Study hard, and it will pay off way past high school.

He definitely helps in terms of teaching the kids who don't cheat work ethic. Problem is he teaches kids things that are just plain false. He taught them that the Balfour Declaration was not international law, even tho the League of Nations mandate for Palestine rendered it international law. He prepared well for the AP test, but other parents have kids with less busy work who do just as well. A big ego, for sure.

I have never met such an insecure man as this guy. Not to mention, he injects his opinion into things (the history of the world is white northern hemisphere "oppressing" the dark-skin southern hemisphere), or that Ross Perot "elected" Bill Clinton, despite data from that year which strongly suggests the opposite, even from expert-Nate Silver, and other examples. He acts like he's a genius, gives tons of busy work, just a waste of taxpayer dimes.
