Too bad he is retiring mid year. He will be sorely missed by all.
Easiest and nicest teacher ever!! If you have a hard time with him, that's your fault.
I am a lifelong learner, so I consider myself a student. Dave is a wonderful part of our staff here at Parkland. I always enjoy sharing ideas with Dave who is a lifelong learner himself.
Mr. Haaf is soo amazing. I love that he understands his students and cares about them. He is such a good teacher and such a good hearted person.
David Haaf is 6'8 and a buck 2.80 hitter. He has this crazy white flow and can draw a perfect circle with an expo marker. Mr. Haaf is literally the biggest ladies man, and if he could write poetry, than he would be a poet and not an AP Calc teacher. Mr. Haaf, you were the best teacher I have ever had, and I never even had you as a teacher. Regardless, my feelings are still the same. Don't change those glasses!
Doc Haaf is so chill. His class is great, and it's easy to just coast on through. His notes are amazing!
although I sometimes don't understand the concepts when initially taught, you definitely learn the most when you do the hw and ask questions later. that's when you actually get it. he is a very nice person and a great teacher
i like mr haaf a lot. he was a cool guy and worked to get where he is today... "A" for effort
Haaf is my favorite teacher out of all high school. Doesn't care if you text, and says just don't get caught by the hall monitors. Some days decides not to teach, and other days will just talk to you
Mr. Haaf is probably one of my favorite teachers in the world. He's such a nice guy, with a great sense of humour, and yet he teaches what you need to know. He's also always willing to help anyone.
You'll only learn in Mr. Haaf's class if you do the work. It's easy to cram the night before and do well on his tests, but by doing your hw and asking him questions, you'll get the most out of it.
Mr. Haaf made learing Honors Calc fun. He was funny and nice, and loved to joke around with us. Deffinitely one of my favorites.
My children had him and have learned almost nothing. The students love him, but he really needs to teach and hold them accountable to what they need to know.
Knows how to live life, and teach it. Very good guy.
he's very supportive of all the extra curricular activities, and more teachers and students should be that way. haaf's the man
Overly easy but incredibly fun. Mr. Haaf makes math enjoyable.
How can you not like Mr. Haaf, he's the coolest math teacher I have ever had
He is by far the easiest teacher I have ever had. Not only that, but also he shouldn't be teaching math! I'm gonna fail next year because of his class this yea
Will go to any lengths (sometimes more than you need) to help you understand any problems you have
Mr. Haaf goes well beyond what's expected of a teacher. He's very insightful and imparts wisdoms of life, which to me, is far more important in the long run
Mr. Haaf rocks! He may be easy, but who doesn't need atleast one easy teacher and atleast he teaches you the information! Mr. Haaf is a breath of fresh air!
Haaf is COOL man! I'll never forget skipping class and making up the test the day after having seen all the questions. honestly a great teacher.
people say he is easy but our tests are as hard as other & the only reason we think they are easy is because we were taught well and we know it all! Go Mr Haaf!
You don't know what he saying, but it really does not matter, since everyone gets an A.
easy, easy and easy. he plays games with like throwing a magnet on the board, we even named it magnetoss. he told us about family and stuff, pretty sad.
The only math teacher in the school who can count mixed numbers on his fingers!
ha this guy is HILARIOUS. gets a little off topic and doesnt always teach much, but hes a really cool person and fun to have in class!!!
Mr. Haaf is a cool guy. He talks too much sometimes but theres always fun times w/him. hes a great teacher.
