Honors Physics is probably the most difficult class I've ever taken. I wish Nash had spent more in-class time on problem solving—his lectures are mostly on broad topics and don't really bridge the gap between the generalities of the subject and how to actually solve the incredibly difficult homework/exam problems. On the other hand, he is an extremely nice guy with awesome music taste. Unlike most other AP/Honors teachers, he will never make you feel bad for asking questions (there'll be lots).

The experiments that he showed the class were very cool. Aside from that, Professor Nash made it quite difficult to enjoy Physics. I can't understand why he's such a harsh grader.

He is a great teacher! He is very organized and does a great job of covering material. While some of the material is fairly difficult, if you do all of the assignments on time (and not until the night before the midterm) you will be fine. Not very many people receive A's, but if you do, you are exempt from turning in homework assignments. His class and labs have inspired me to pursue a major in Engineering. Overall a great teacher

I'm very surprised at the mediocre ratings. Mr. Nash is clearer and more organized than any other teacher I've ever had. He's super funny and engaging, and gives great demonstrations. One of my favorite teachers for sure.

One of my favorite teachers at Redwood. He is extremely knowledgeable and he will love you if you are interested in the subject matter. The class has no busy work and loads of interesting experiments.

It's really frustrating how he doesn't round, though he does give extra credit. He was a bit unfair about grading our unit projects and went back on his word. He's really boring too...

cool guy. tells funny story. is obbsessed with michigan.. but its okay. the downside is grades: he grades the labs and hw tough and there are no easy points in his class. also he doesn't round. an 89.9 is a B+ accept it or transfer.
