i actually like the way the grades are completely random, less pressure to get everything right. Makes you figure stuff out yourself, good sometimes. Makes fun of kids who don't get stuff a lot.

he dosent teach he reads out of the book and he pulls grades out of a hat he is never helpfull and gives no respect

He is the worst teacher any of my kids had in all their years at Chatham. He does not try and help them, and his tests seem designed to promote failure instead of success.
