Needless to say; I failed the class. He is a very knowledgeable man with loads of wisdom within the realm of mathematics. However, he teaches very fast and expects students to grasp the material at the first go-around. For some this is wonderful, for others like myself, it was a nightmare. Honestly, I'd take him again now that I know what is expected in his class.
I love Mr. Frederick! He is very smart and teaches in a manner that is easy to understand. He is subtly funny. He also is helpful and gives lots of bonus points. Albeit, calculus is a hard course.
Difficult class (AP Calc) but it's not too bad. Teaches on a level where students can understand what's going on, but you still have to pay close attention. Tests aren't too hard as long as you study.
Harderst class (AP Calc) I ever took. He is a good teacher and helps you comprehend material, as well as gives a lot of bonus points (maybe because he pities us) to help, but it is hard to just pass.
I honestly disliked this man. He was hard to follow in class and his test/quizzes are not easy. Pay attention and do your work.
Mr. Frederick is really mean in class but he knows what he's talking about and he's kind of funny. If you don't get something, just stop by after school and he helps so much.
Its funny how all the teachers who believe in challenging students get low marks, that's why Frederick's are low. Teachers of blowoff classes get praised HUH?
Frederick ROCKS! He is fun and funny and likes his students, but the subject is HARD. But he will help if you follow the rules and he is awesome as a teacher.
