  • Del Cerro from Thomas Jefferson High School For Science And Technology was rated 2 months, 3 days ago.
  • Had her for AP Bio. Extremely nice person; however, she teaches very little. You have to read and teach everything yourself. May give points back for wrong answers if you argue for it. Her answers to students' questions usually confuses everybody more than they were before they asked. Overall, not a very good teacher, but I did end up doing well on the AP test and in her class.
  • Del Cerro from Thomas Jefferson High School For Science And Technology was rated 5 months, 1 day ago.
  • Very nice person, but dont whine at her or she gets angry. Quizzes are straightforward and student graded. Rarely answers the question you ask.She will sometimes give points back if you argue for it though.Exams can be verry tricky though. Study for those.
  • Del Cerro from Thomas Jefferson High School For Science And Technology was rated 7 months, 2 days ago.
  • The quizzes she gives are easy and straight from the text reading. The exams are harder though, so you actually have to study for those. Her lectures are just repeating the chapters in the book, so there's really no point in paying attention to her in class. A lot of people dislike Del Cerro, but she's really nice and explains things well when everyong is not bombarding her with questions at once.

  • Doesnt like students who are 'needy' and need to be told every single detail, all bad ratings are from ppl who cant think for themselves, she wants students to be practical and use common sense, for questions: sometimes cant understand dumb kids who mumble/dont even know what question they should ask, so she tries to answer the 10 questions in one the student gives her and then fails,MEJORMAESTRA!

She's hard to understand when talking, and when students ask questions, she indirectly answers...seems like she doesn't know what she's saying. Then she gives out hard tests and quizzes...
