He is INSANELY intelligent. Too intelligent for sophomores in high school. I am in his Latin classis year, and he is so unbelievably confusing that I would go after school every day to see if he could help me more, but could not. I have a tutor now, but that doesn't even help at this point. He creates his own tests and they are impossible. I truly love him as a person, but he is teaching a college level class in high school.
So book smart that he can have a difficult time understanding your problems.
I had Dennis as a high school English teacher. He would photocopy books for us to read as assignments. His classroom was filled with stacks upon stacks upon stacks of paper and books. I rarely did homework and never read the assigned reading, but I kept them all in a box for the one day that I actually cared. He was one of the best teachers I ever had. Thanks Dennis.
Truly dedicated, but incredibly disorganized and random
One of the best teachers that IMSA has, or had, to offer. Cared greatly about his students and allowed you to turn in any work by the end of the semester without penalty. He understood the heavy burden that is sophomore year and always allowed us to move around homework or test dates. He would always be there for you to talk to, and even volunteered to look over student's papers for other classes and college essays. He was let go this year, and he will be dearly missed.
needs to be more organized. assigns too much homework but never get it back on time. sometimes is sarcastic and don't know if he's being serious or trying to be funny. not a bad tacher though
the bestest etacher ive ever had...such a caring man...wonderful person and i learned a whole buch from his clas..everyone should have him
Dr. Czerny is awesome. He can always help a student and is uber understanding. Don't expect to get an a on one of his essays unless he proof reads it first.
Dr. Czerny's great. He really knows his stuff and stays after school ends a lot to help us. Sometimes he loses your papers though...
He's an awesome teacher. He is always there for students. He "tests" students' integrity with due dates and plagiarism issues.
Czerny-relatively easy, though tends to put things on tests that arent on study guides. no due dates, and if youre on his good side, that class rocks.
Where do I start, the favoritism, the constant bashing of feminists, the lack of help when you go to his office? That class is the biggest waste of time ever.
Czerny's cool. Somehow, I got the highest grade (A) in the class without doing half of what was due 4th quarter.
Dr. Czerny is pretty cool. There are no due dates and sometimes confuses things
His mannerisms in class have helped me to Nirvana. Not to mention the two papers i never turned in...
Very knowledgable, but his fidgeting is distracting. Due dates don't exist if he likes you.
Ditto on the plays favorites thing. Even though he has very bad communication skills and fidgets in the most annoying manner, he knows his material inside and out. It's a shame that his mannerisms detract attention from his profound ideas.
Plays favorites a lot, but is very lenient on due dates
