Ms.grassi is a great teacher she might be strict sometimes but its just because she cares about you. If you don't want to get yelled at listen and do ur homework Ms.grassi does not give a lot of homework thats just a lie. i really enjoyed having Ms.grassi~Ireny 2014-2015
she was awful, i learned NOTHING in her class and I had three hours of homework every night. all she did was yell all day. why are you teaching if you don't like kids? she obviously didn't enjoy being there. to anyone who has her in the future: switch out of her class while you still can!!!
I have to agree with the parent who wrote a note about Mrs. Grassi. She was really encouraging with my daughter, who had a difficult year socially. Mrs. Grassi prepared her to have a spectacular year once she entered middle school. Obviously, I wasn't in the class every day, but I know my daughter had a great deal of affection for Mrs. G. I also want to add that I think there is value in students rating their teachers.
Hmmm. I think that teachers should be rated based on their results. I also don't think 5th graders are going to be unbiased so here is a parents opinion Diane Grassi comes across a little brash, but I sincerely feel there is a reason. Having been involved with her, the students and other parents I can see how much she cares about her students. Nothing worth achieving in life comes without hard work . This is something Ms. Grassi tries to make her kids understand.
The first month of school i heard complaints from four different students that she had made them cry. I have also come across many parents that were not happy having there child in her class.
mrs grassi is kind of nice, but she can be strict. She is really funny and does a lot of stuff for us. LUV YA MRS GRASSI!
ANNOYING!!! Doesnt teach you anything and screams!!!
She soooo nice. luv her! and if you have her for math ur so lucky cause she prepares you really well. U rock Mrs.grassi
