One of the best teachers I have ever had and Art History has been one of the best, most helpful, and relevant classes I have ever taken. If you do the work and stay on top of stuff, you'll be fine. The class is fascinating and her lectures move fast but are very absorbing. DL is an incredible teacher and human being. She's a total genius in her field and I don't think I've ever asked a question that she couldn't answer. Hilarious and amazing, would highly recommend.

DL isnt too good of a teacher but i dont rlly know how someone is supposed to teach ceramics. You just get better as you do it. As long as you actually work on your pot in class and clean up instead of just sit around all the time you will earn at least a B in her class. But she is still a crazy weird teacher. Talks about her political views a lot so dont bring up your if they differ from hers. She is also really loud and usually wont shut up.

Ms. Levinson was a great Ceramics teacher. Whether your created a good piece of art or not, she graded off of effort, not artistic ability, and that's what I love about her. He is very easy to talk to and very loving. She loves all her students and loves art. She is a great teacher.

Ms. Levinson is an amazing human being if you get to know her. She has a pointed sense of humor that seems to have offended some people posting here, but she is seriously very good at what she does. Take her AP Art History class if you want to learn about history, culture, and civilization through the context of man's creativity. Truly a fantastic class taught by a fantastic teacher.

She's one of the few teachers I've had that's actually mean. Not mean as in hard, mean as in mean-spirited. She will genuinely make your mistakes extremely personal. Any affront to ceramics in any way is grounds for extremely sardonic behavior towards you. Avoid at all costs.
