absolutely fantastic--brilliant, great at teaching, interesting as a person, easy to talk to, understanding, funny, sweet, makes you want to learn, impossible to dislike, goes on educational tangents,
Unnecessarily hard, gives too much work, even after the AP exam. Doesn't respect that fact that students have work for other classes. Taking AP Spanish Lang was a big mistake for me.
Dra. Konz is about as good of a teacher for Spanish as you could want. Her class is tough, but you learn a lot with her. I heard somewhere that her students almost always get 5s on their AP Lit exams.
I LOVE DOCTORA. Sweetest woman alive, and gives us a lot of class time to tell random stories or get kind of off-topic. Way less hw than Rodriguez (for AP lang), and good teacher.
Great Spanish teacher, really makes you learn, tough but reasonable about grades. Get her to give you talking time & music time; it's fun and it helps.
Hard class (particularly Lit, I had her for both) but entirely worth it. She's a wonderfully sweet lady.
haha yeah i hate spanish lit. it is soooo boring and the literature is weird most of the time - and I actually really like reading. I feel like we overanalyze many things and appreciation is lost in the process. she is a very nice person tho. and a good teacher i guess. but the [endless] work is sometimes really a-nnoying to death and not very substantive. she DOES have frazzled nerves. do NOT linger outside her classroom during class time.
Dra. Konz knows her subject matter, but the very nature of the AP Lit course forces her to cram as many works in as possible. Thus, there is not a lot of group discussion in class. Be prepared for lectures every day. She is a great teacher within the class time, but if you seek outside assistance, help, or have questions, be prepared to deal with her frazzled nerves. Overall, good teacher, and class is interesting.
It was a difficult class, but she made me enjoy Spanish after several years of utter boredom. Definitely the best Spanish teacher I've ever had. She gives a fair amount of work, but it's not too bad, especially for an AP class. She's also simply a really nice person.
I love Dra. Konz... one of the greatest ladies in this school, no doubt, if not the best.
one of the best teachers i've had. knows her stuff. very understanding with late work. too bad she doesn't like me very much, heh.
Dra. Konz is incredible. Her love of the language and zest for teaching is phenomenal. Hard work, for sure. But your AP's and SAT II's will be worth it!
Dra. Konz = awesome! Very understanding about late work/missing school. Great spanish teacher (AP's not a problem). A bit frazzled on occassion but makes it up.
One of the greatest teachers I have ever had. Fun in class, and knows what she is doing. Definitely owe her a lot for teaching me to love the language
really cares about her students and her class. Flexible with late work. I took span AP lit with her and got a 4. I just wish she was a little easier.
Always absent the first three weeks of school.Ppl are behind then goes too fast to catchus up.senora stressiosa lectures and tests are impossible.
TOTALLY SELF-SENTERED AND DISORGANIZED. SHE MAKES ME STRESSED THE MOMENT SHE OPENS HER MOUTH.SENORA THINKS SHE KNOWS MORE THAN SHE ACTUALLY DOES..NUFF SAID.
El Breakadowno Nervioso. Most stressed out teacher ever. Really interesting class, but so disorganized!
very nice teacher who tries very hard, can't say I like her class too much tho.
wonderful, inspiring teacher. always willing to help. makes sure you understand.
She is the nicest and most helpful teacher, but is really hard.
Amazing teacher, I've learned so much and she takes late work :)
Dedicated to her students and to teaching. Knows what she's talking about.
