He's a cool guy, but honestly not too amazing as a teacher. I think the worst thing is the fact that he rarely gives us material to study with. Even when he does, I feel like that material is totally different than what ends up on the test most of the time. I would study for a few nights for an upcoming quiz and then when the quiz rolls around, I look at it and think "What the hell, when was this on the study guide?". Could be a bit better when it comes to materials for studying.
Seems as if people are rating mr.polverari on his personality instead of his teaching methods. He mostly just hands us worksheets and makes us define terms that's about it. Don't get me wrong he's a great guy and so funny but isn't that great of a teacher.. We don't even get taught lessons, we copy atuff down into our notebooks and work on our own.
not really that much of a classroom class than it is on your own. A mainly learned through textbook work and class presentation and videos. Got a 5 on the AP though.
polverari is the man. hands down. he's so funny, and can be intimidating, but once you get to know him, he's aweesome. i loved all his stories! you're lucky if you get him!
Polverari is a good teacher. Hes always joking around with everyone and i like that. i have a lot of fun in his class.
When i grow up i want to be like him!! He is the man~~
Hes the man, not many teachers could tear the doors off a locker. Plus he was almost a cop, but he forgot to go the last day of try outs.
I loved him as a teacher...study and you will do well...he was funny
he likes to rat out on the teachers aroubd the school for silly things. One day it'll bite bite him in the you know what!
we spend 1/2 the class doing nothing, or just doing worksheets... will he ever just teach?
