He knows a lot but he isn't good at relaying the information he does know. He makes physics difficult to understnad and puts little effort into really teaching his students. He believes they should figure it out for themselves. This is an issue when students are new to physics and know very little about it. Not sure about chemistry. He also frequently makes offensive and sexist comments in front of the class, which does not create a great learning environment.
Not a good physics teacher. Doesn't explain his reasoning, and when he does even that isnt very clear. Didnt learn much. Might be different for chemestry
Ed Harbord is not a good teacher and just needs to help explain things in his class that people don't understand. plus I have experienced this man being very sexist.
Super smart, very witty...too bad he couldn't make chemistry interesting. He tried his hardest. (sometimes.)
BEST teacher I have ever had? NOT by far one of the worst. I never actually learned anything... Seems like a good guy though.
Very very funny, intelligent man. He knows his stuff. Too bad I dont care one bit about chemistry.
Super genius, but he has trouble bringing himself down to a level that we can understand. Argumentative but funny
Very knowledgeable. BTW, you spelled his name wrong - it's Harbord
