Pretty lax on work, and doesn't mind you turning things late, if you just be quiet in his class and do what he tells you, you will enjoy the class.

His class can be very boring, but he really isn't that bad if you follow directions. Although, if you do happen to make a mistake, he won't take too kindly to that. The class is bad at times, but if you have a passion for photography, then it's worth it. I mean, if he was really that bad, then kids wouldn't keep taking this class.

Okay here is my thing about Kwong, if I ever made one little mistake in his class, he would bite my head off. Then, I turned in a picture that he really liked and he stopped picking on me. He is not a bad guy once you get to know him, but he is rude to students sometimes. Just don't talk a lot in his class and turn in stuff and you will be fine.

How is he not fired? If he doesn't like you, he'll make sure everyone knows that. He can talk about himself for an HOUR if he wants to and then complains about us wasting time in class. He is narcissistic, self-righteous

I am giving this teacher a very disappointing rating because that is who he is as both a teacher and as an individual - disappointing. I would say his only talent is in talking, but even then, he does not know when to shut up or make it engaging for the audience. He is spiteful and will find fault in everyone, and announce it to the class. As his favorite quote goes, "Common sense is not so common. Become someone with common sense." Clearly, he needs to follow his own advice.

It was his first year teaching photography and I honestly hated it. A lot of people that were in his class dropped after the first few weeks because his assignments were boring and he'd spend at least 30 minutes talking about himself, giving "life lessons". His class is easy. If you turn in a picture that's irrelevant to the assignment, he'd still give full credit... Unless he doesn't like you of course. He chooses favorites and calls you out if he doesn't like you in whatever you'd do.

Mr. Kwong likes to talk about his life for a really long time. I'm talking about 30-45 minutes. He makes us do writing prompts that have nothing to do with the class itself (i.e. morals, new years resolutions, what's the difference between an "A" student and a "B" student). If you make a mistake in class like listening to music or messing around on the computer while he's talking, he'll call you out in front of the whole class. He lacks the ability to teach, and is very arrogant.

He's great in Yearbook this year, I'm not entirely sure what you lot are ranting about. If he lectures it's to actually teach you something that will cut down on a lot of issues later on.

he talks a lot and when he is done you have 30 minutes of work. He can get off topic but he is a nice teacher. Also if he doesn't like you he lets you know it.

Yearbook class was so stupid on his end. His lectures took up work time and everyone on yearbook (yes EVERYONE from last year) quit because of him. He wants to create the yearbook himself and he probably will this year. Too bad! Great class otherwise!

Often holds grudges and gossips about and against other students. Known to discuss about other students grades to other students. Has a very selfish attitude that's all about "him" and "what he wants/feels" and not about the student. Has a very immature personality that constantly demands attention, which many of his former students find very true.
