Emily Coulter is a wonderful teacher who will supply you with help every morning if you want to! She is truly an amazing teacher. She is understanding, but reasonable when it comes to homework. She is easy to reach and taught me a lot. Thank you so much Ms. Coulter!
ok, I'll be very straight forward. She's not the most entertaining but what are you expecting from a math teacher? I thought she was a great teacher and taught me everything I needed to know and I was happy with that.
Had her for my 7th grade year. I did terrible. Her teaching style is notes, notes, notes. You will rarely do anything on your own. You will take notes for 4 days in a row, work in a group of 4 for an hour on a random day, and then be given homework that takes between 20 minutes to an hour. She gives no advice on how to study for a test, or what to generally study. She seems quite unapproachable, and is very strict. Overall, I would not recommend her.
Worst teacher I have ever had. Makes you feel uncomfortable in the classroom and is extremely irritating. I would never recommend her to anyone.
Annoying teacher and gave me anxiety each time I walked in the door. Very difficult to get an A in the class since she provides nothing that will narrow down what will be on the test, such as a study guide. Gives too much homework, is a really hard grader, not flexible (its her way or the highway), and not approachable what so ever.
Knows her math. Difficult tests. Harsh grader. Your child will learn. Your child will struggle for an A in Honors.
Mrs. Coulter taught my 7th grade honors student & is organized, math passionate & updates Aeries. Heavy HW load reflects honors level. Due to her punitive quiz and test grading style, she has removed my child's (former) math confidence & math can-do attitude. Your child will learn, but their math "spirit" may be killed. My child & friends dread her class. My child did receive top grade, but is no longer a confident & happy math kid. There are better math teacher choices; avoid if possible.
Mrs. Coulter has taught me do much this year. She is an excellent math teacher who is so nice to her students and is always there to help you and answer your questions.
Mrs Coulter is so awesome! At first I thought was bad, but then she was always there for Help, and could answer any questions.
She's by far the best math teacher I've ever had. She explains everything very well and makes things understandable. My favorite teacher this year.
Not an easy class, but she's an AWSOME teacher!! she grades her test hard though. sometimes the homework is hard, but i love it when she bakes us stuff!!
She always has to have things her way if you don't do somwthing the way she wants it is wrong. She can be really stressful on he
shes actually really nice but her class was really hard for me but i pulled it off cause i went in for extra help
She's an ok teacher. At first, she's nice but then she becomes a little strict. She also gives way too much homework, and grades tests unfairly.
She seems really nice...on the first day. After that you see that her kindness is false, and it honestly starts to creep you out. She talks to us like we are 2 year olds, and really needs to lighten u
She was kinda weird but she prepared us pretty well for Garfinkel (once you have gfunk you'll want coulter sooo badly!) the class is pretty hard though.
she has a high pitched voice and she talks to you like a 2 year old. She assigns a lot of homework.
she's actually a SUPER nice teacher. my first impression was that she was really strange, but she's actually a great teacher! but she assigns WAAY to much homework. she also was a really hard grader
Unnervingly happy. She scares me and gives way too much homework.
Mrs. Coulter was really unfair. She always gave us "minus one halves" and she wasn't nice. I didn't like her class and she graded our tests thinking that we were perfect little robots.
she really does do a good job at teaching believe it or not.yah, ok she is sugary sweet nice, but it is better than being crazy mean.the homework pays off, even tho it sux. really helpful and awesome!
it may seem hard to you guys now but youll be grateful because she provides a really strong foundation for algebra. although she is overly cheerful and could give less homework.
really hard and annoying... too cheerful... TONS of homework
very clear on the subject! easy stuff so far in the year! she also needs to lighten up a little
shese a good teacher and all explaines stuff and all but she needs to lighten up and stop being so hard
