I had Mr. Hedman as a junior. His class was easy and I received good grades. He is not weird like some of the other teachers at NRHS. J.C.
I get good grades in the class; however, after having class with less intelligent people, it's evident he has his favorites. He also is very rude. He has made multiple snide comments not only about me, but others in the class. He has an air of superiority and thinks his class is more important than AP's. He runs English honor society so he treats his classes like honors. If you're uptight, love English and can geek out with him, then you'll get along. If that's not you, switch, I wish I did!
I had him sophomore year and graduated this past June. I'm still waiting to see if he'll give me the rest of my ungraded papers back. He definitely has favorites and it helps if you laugh and his jokes.
He gives out way too much homework and grades by using a "favorites" system. In other words, all the students that he likes are guaranteed a good grade every marking period. He is a slow grader and you won't get most of your papers back.
I hate this son of a b****tch, he looks like the red head guy from modern family!
I can honestly say that he's my favorite teacher, even though the work he gives is challenging and he makes you think, he always goes over it the next day and tries to make sure that student actually
He is a great teacher. if you need clarity he probably will give u the answer. All he wants is for his students to give effort and improve. At the same time he wants quality work, and for your writtin
Mr. Hedman is an awesome teacher. he's really sweet and a tough grader, but he will try to help you if you ask for help. His voice can get boring after long periods of exposure to it though.
He's very sweet and although he's a little strange he's still a great teacher
HE MAKES THESE NOISES WHEN HE TALKS. VERY VERY VERY TOUGH. HE DOESNT COMMUNICATE WELL. WITH ME AT LEAST.
Myth & Ledgend was a lot of fun. The workload was uneven (sometimes nothing, sometimes it was over the top.) He is very smart and always listens to your questions.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hedman is the man, just get on his good side and go to class, he is a good guy
he is such a sweet heart. I loved his honesty. I don't know what ppl are talking bout he grades easy!
Great class! I Learned a lot, but it's hard. hem, he's afraid of the ahem, students for the first few months. Don't get upset if he says "ummm...NO!" to you
A nice teacher. Tends to chuckle out of nowhere and clears his throat a lot.
Hes ok, could ease on the work and grading. Did good, ahem! i mean I did well ( Mr. Hedman style) in his class. He be deading mad kids in class like nothing.
i <3 him, he's such a good teacher [for honors, at least]. his ideas are awesome and i just love his class. plus its fun tallying how many times he coughs.
Hahaha Mr Hedman is soo adorable i love him lol everyone needs to give him a break he seems nervous thats why he is the way he his but mann, so funny! aww, mr hedman... he's coolio
He can be nice if he wants to but he usually chooses not to. He always seemed to talk to us like we were below him he grades very tough but is a good teacher
Good book choices...but never gives his own opinion, and never hands back work so students can't improve
achem. awk. potentially. --some of hedman's key phrases. but he's a really good guy who will make you work (wait till sack though)
Best literary disscussions in any english class I have ever had, not to mention his hilarious sense of humor.
He is a TERRIBLE teacher. I'm only in his class b/c every other 12th grade class was unavailable at that period. I dont know 1 person who enjoys the class!
I had him his first year of teaching, i thought he was a very helpful teacher!
Who remembers quotes?!! His grading strategies are waaaayyy too tough.
