She is one of the most empowering women I have ever met. She knows exactly how to explain concepts and prepare you for end-of-year exams. She can control a class with a single glare, and that's amazing. For reference, Ms. Tria gives a LOT of projects. She is scary intelligent, and she loves to share that knowledge with her students. She also has an unexplainable love for Doritos and scarves!
Ok at first you might think shes mean but as the year progresses, she becomes funny and nice trust me uses the txtbook and tests are difficult very smart woman. Her husband has a back injury in 2015 in case ur interested-b
I had her for 9R and 11R. She was an amazing teacher. I regretted doing poorly in her 9R class. I requested her for 11th grade because she was such a good teacher. I highly recommend not switching out of her class. She gives a lot of work and it's hard but she wants the best for everyone.
At first I thought she was overly strict and harsh. But as the year went on, she began to ease up and I found that she was a very good teacher, along with being nice funny. You will learn a lot in her class but always pay close attention.Greatteacher
I have Ms. Tria for APUSH this year and had her for 9R freshman year. First quarter 9R, I hated her, she was the worst, very strict, and difficult. But after establishing her authority, she got nicer throughout the year. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about soc and what she's teaching. You REALLY learn in her class. Her attitude toward her regents and AP classes is VERY different. She is one of my all-time favorite and nicest teachers. She doesn't deserve a bad reputation.
She always has a way of pushing her political views into the lesson. She holds extra help before tests for 10 minutes, but whenever asked a question, she replies "I'm not gonna reteach". Nobody attends her extra help anymore. She forgets to explain the homework, then lashes out at the 90% of the class that didn't do what she thought (but didn't say). I guess she might become nicer, but so far, one of my least favorite teachers :(
harsh grader and has a very hard class. i had her for normal american history but it felt like an AP. she is really cool as a person but very strict as a teacher. her son is soooo adorable!
Wow, I actually miss being in her class. The first quarter she's kind of strict, but loosens up as time goes by. Overall, she was an awesome teacher, gave great notes, and did her job well. She's not very easy, but it's worth sticking it out through her class because you end up actually learning.
Not easy, prepares you for Ko. Thats all I can say. If your honors, good luck to you.
For all new students who absolutely hate her, she gets soooo much better. She really is a great teacher who has great control of the class and she is even funny. I hated her so much at first, but by the end of the year, she became my favorite teacher ever.
she's very nice and funny, but she can b a little harsh with the tests. she gave us a quiz on the second day of school!
At first she was tough hard strict, and mean. Now she is tough, hard, strict, and very nice and funny.
SWITCH OUT OF HER CLASS NOW. I absolutely can't stand her. It's practically impossible to do well!
good teacher but a harsh grader, tests are long and hard to finish
Best teacher i've ever had! She taught me discipline! She's a very strict person teaches with all types of methods I will never forget her, I had her in 7th, 8th, and 12th grade.
my alltime favorite! i had her 7th grade, 8th, 10, 11th, and my senior year, and she's by far the best!
resepects students who work hard. Very smart and a good teacher. She is strict becuase she wants to get work done and help you. Work hard and she will be nice
very good teacher, prepares u very well, but has a serious attitude problem, lots of projects, which are harshley graded, and tests are hard to finish
She's strict but a great teacher, if you give her respect, she'll give it to you, and if you do that then she's nice
